Key responsibilities

Sales Representative Responsibilities include:

  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders and establishes new accounts.
  • Reach out to customer leads.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs, preferences and challenges to effectively present suitableproducts and solutions.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Liaise with customer service and production teams.
  • Articulate product information clearly to customers and address any inquires in a timelymanner.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions and progress towardstargets.
  • Review sales reports regularly and analyse data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors and market developments.
  • Work closely with Credit Control to ensure on time payments.
