Sales Representative Responsibilities include:
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders and establishes new accounts.
- Reach out to customer leads.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs, preferences and challenges to effectively present suitableproducts and solutions.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Liaise with customer service and production teams.
- Articulate product information clearly to customers and address any inquires in a timelymanner.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions and progress towardstargets.
- Review sales reports regularly and analyse data to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors and market developments.
- Work closely with Credit Control to ensure on time payments.
