Collier Wood Tower
Location: 125 Colliers Wood High Street, London
Architect: KDS Associates
Excitement is building in Colliers Wood as the major reconstruction of an abandoned tower block once voted London's ugliest building draws to a close. Formerly know as The Brown and Root tower in Colliers Wood the 17 storey tower has being transformed into a glass-clad block of 150 apartments with shops and a gym on the ground floor.
8000m2 of curtain walling consisting of 6mm and 10mm high performance glass matching heat strengthened ceramic laminate
The glazing works have been successfully delivered to the contractor and the residents of south west London now have a much more attractive looking landmark to take their bearings from.
