Designed by William Kaven Architecture,THE WILLIAMS PROJECT, located on the corner of North Williams and Mason Street in NE Portland, combines leasable office and retail space with light, air and modern sensibility. The second floor of the structure, exclusively dedicated to William Kaven’s new headquarters, includes an open-concept office space, staff lounge and private meeting rooms that overlook a spacious garden patio. The third and fourth floors, with comparable expansive layouts, will hold leasable office space with sweeping views of the surrounding neighborhood. Retail space and covered parking will subsume the ground floor. With a glass capstone floating graciously above a base of board-form concrete, the project will surely add an enticing element to the budding North Williams district. Construction for the project is underway and will be complete in 2018.
