Details

The Development is laid out around a landscaped central courtyard. The Office Building is 6 storeys high and forms a C-shape at the eastern end of the site. The Residential consists of a total of 68 apartments arranged in 2 separate blocks, one to the north and one to the south of the courtyard. The south block is predominately 8 storeys high and faces Hanover Quay and the Grand Canal Dock.
The north block is predominately 6 storeys high and faces the site of the proposed Chocolate Factory Park. Most apartments are dual aspects. All apartments have large cantilevered balconies which are large enough to accommodate a table and chairs for the household / visitors, south facing and overlook the Grand Canal Dock basin. Communal amenity spaces have been provided and include the landscaped courtyard, roof terraces and a large landscaped terrace on the roof of the north block.
