Kells Primary Care Centre, located in Co. Meath is a 30,000 ft² state-of-the-art medical facility. This stunning gateway building has been constructed using the highest quality materials, which ensures it’ll stay looking its best for the future.
Broken into two distinctive blocks over three and four levels, the structure is connected with a fully gazed atrium space complete with linking bridges at each level. The light and stylish atrium acts as the entrance foyer and meeting place and is accessible from front and rear doorways.
The Kells Primary Care Centre is extremely energy efficient, with high levels of insulation and air tightness which has helped it to achieve its A3 BER rating. Keeping the buildings footprint small was also a deliberate design choice helping to reduce walking distances and therefore the amount of time visitors need to spend in the centre. A comprehensive landscaping strategy has also been implemented throughout the development, providing a mixture of hard and soft landscaping areas around the building.
