Summary
The ambitious redevelopment of The Queens Hall and surrounding areas has seen Dunoon become the focus of a network of links to destinations in Cowal, the National Park and beyond, and include the development of Dunoon waterfront and pier area. The redevelopment of this historic building is the result of an ambitious and determined drive to create something truly special for the residents of Dunoon and visitors alike. Queens Hall includes a new library, Skills Development Scotland and Visit Scotland facilities, a cafe, fitness suite, a refurbished auditorium and new back of house facilities.

Works included partial demolition, refurbishment of existing building, 2-storey structural steel extension, road realignments and public realm works.
