The Hampstead Building
Location: The Park, Carrickmines, Dublin, Ireland
Architect: TOTP Architects
The Hampstead Building offers flexible office accommodation with efficient floorplates and high quality specification built to LEED Gold Standard. The building includes an entrance space with a 6.42m floor-to-ceiling height with floor plates of 12,000 sqft featuring floor-to-ceiling heights of 2.7m. When complete, upper floors will have views out to the Dublin Mountains while the rest of the building will overlook a scenic courtyard.
The energy conserving double-glazed curtain wall creates a bright, dynamic work environment. Panels of opaque glass throughout offer privacy without blocking the natural light.
The Park's location beside Junction 15 on the M50 in South Dublin, and its close proximity to the LUAS Green line, has proved popular with existing tenants thus far. The Hampstead building was completed in February 2018 and is a LEED Gold standard.
