1185 Avenue of the America’s new design distinguishes itself from its neighbors by introducing a palette of timeless materials. The unique design incorporates a new feature wall to complement the original floors, creating a welcoming space for both tenants and visitors. The feature wall of Kenya Black Marble is a classic dark marble characteristically defined by its pattern that showcases a depth of sophistication and superior quality- creating an elegant and urbane aesthetic. The revitalization continues flawlessly through to the elevator cabs to showcase the distinctive features of the lobby.
1185 Avenue of the America's is located on West 46th St./ West 47th St. The building is a short walk from Grand Central Station, close to Bryant Park and Central Park.
