Summary

With distinctive pyramid-topped pillars that crown the Dublin city skyline, Georges Quay Plaza is a prominent office development project. The tower roof structures are a four sided pyramid with vertical sides of rectangular hollow section steelwork with associated steelwork link roofs between towers. The glazing and louvre system over clads the steelwork to give a uniform aesthetic appearance.

Details

The Georges Quay Plaza project won widespread acclaim as one of Dublin’s most successful office projects. Prior to completion, over three-quarters of the building were let, with only two-and-a-half floors remaining after completion. Tenants include prominent international banks and some of the largest fund management organisations in the world.
