‘This high quality scheme provides a sustainable way forward to meet the chronic shortage of pupil places and homes in London. The scheme makes a huge financial contribution to future schools, off-site affordable housing and S278 works. It also creates a unique new public space for London in the tight knit street network of Shoreditch.’ Amir Ramezani, Director, Avanti Architects
