Manchester’s civic heart and historic St Peter’s Square has had its environs significantly improved by GHA’s competition-winning redevelopment of a tired 1970s office block.

Extra large double glazed units. A three-storey glazed balcony tops the building and features a curved, overhanging roof complete with spotlights.
Details
The classical, tri-partite cast stone facade, drawn up in dialogue with English Heritage, acknowledges the portico of the Central Library opposite. Internally, the 22,500 sq ft office floor plates allow flexible cooling strategies for multiple tenants with sweeping views over the square.
