Summary

Cutting edge design that sets new standards and redefines what an office building should be. The Merchant Square Scheme comprises the complete transformation of 3 existing buildings formerly known as Ferguson, Roysten and Oyster Houses to create circa 210,000 sq/ft of Grade ‘ A ‘ office space right in the centre of Belfast. The front facades are being removed and replaced with fully glazed curtain walling and corten steel cladding. A new double height entrance lobby is being formed fronting onto Wellington Place and in addition there will be 2 new retail units at ground floor to compliment the existing retail space
