Summary

Branded as a ‘Center for Innovation’, SkySong is located on an infill site in South Scottsdale. Through its affiliation with Arizona State University, SkySong continues to attract both start-up and established entrepreneurial companies with a focus on creative thinking and innovative business pursuits. The latest addition to SkySong is a six-story Class A office building that will be the tallest yet in the development. The building will feature a second-story community space with glass walls that open to a balcony with views of the buttes to the west.

The design of SkySong 5 includes extensive outdoor work and meeting spaces as well as public art features, and continues the trend at the property of each new building having unique and distinctive features, including a large second-story outdoor patio and event space. The cost of the building and the accompanying parking structure that will be built will exceed $43 million
